If you get an error along the following lines when installing the Privateer theme:

Create DB Tables - Failed to Create pwsOption table

Then chances are very good that one of the following is true:

The mysql user used by wordpress lacks Create Table permissions on the database.
This is sometime set up as a security measure so that malicious people cannot, if they gain database access, create new tables and do things with them.

This can be resolved by either creating the tables by hand ( contact me and I'll get you a text file with the tables ) and then re-loading the theme or by giving the mysql account used by wordpress permissions to create tables ( see the /wp-config.php file to get the mysql account used ).

The database is out of space ( you don't have any more free space on the filesystem )
If you are out of hard drive space on your server, you might also get an error like this because without available space no new tables can be created.

If neither of these are the case, please feel free to contact me directly and I'll be happy to help figure out what is going on.
