The following are the bugs that I know about in version 1.6 of the Privateer theme:
PWS WP Featured Content Gallery showing the thumbnails instead of the text information - May 16th, 2010
This is not a bug with the theme, but a conflict between the plugin and youtube videos. I'll be looking into it shortly. For now, avoid putting both a gallery and a youtube image on the same page unless you want the gallery to look messed up for IE users. Other browsers seem to work fine.
Update ( May 16th, 2010 )This seems to be due to a conflict with different javascript libraries used to display youtube videos and the gallery pieces. For now, avoid displaying both a youtube video and a gallery on the same page unless you don't mind IE users getting a very odd look for the gallery. I'll be looking into this further tomorrow.
